Detailed Itinerary (Day by Day) – 14 Days Honeymoon in Tanzania and Zanzibar
Day 01: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Journey time: ±1-Hours from Kilimanjaro Airport to your Lodge in/near Arusha.

Day 02: Visit Tarangire National Park

Day 03: Transfer from Tarangire National Park to Ngorongoro Crater.
Today, you’ll transfer from Tarangire national park to Ngorongoro Crater. This is an interesting drive along the Great Rift Valley with amazing views that lead you to the Loduare entry gate into the crater through which you will begin your descent into a wildlife-filled crater for a full day safari drive.
Need to Know: Ngorongoro Crater is actually the largest unbroken caldera and with its 600-meter walls acting as a natural barrier for animals; you expect to see very many animals at very close range. The Crater floor boasts of the highest concentration of animals per area and you expect to see many animals including the Big Five ( elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, and rhinos) with just a little luck. In the late afternoon, we will drive up the Crater rim to check-in for the overnight at a lodge or tented camp in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area or drive back to the Karatu area.

Day 4 -6: visit Serengeti Game reserve.
After breakfast, you’ll check out of your lodge and embark on a Long but yet scenic drive into the Serengeti Plains entering the park at Naabi Hill Gate.
The park is home to a tonne of wildlife including; zebras, giraffes, elephants, topis, impalas, hartebeests, jackals, pangolins, and many more others to be spotted on your safaris in the Serengeti. You’ll spend up to 3 days exploring the Serengeti plains.

Day 07: Fly to Zanzibar.
Today will mark the end of your safari part of the 14 Days Honeymoon holiday in the Serengeti. Your guide will transfer you to the nearby airstrip where you will meet up with your scheduled domestic flight from Serengeti to Zanzibar.
On arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met by a representative of Realm Africa Safaris™ who will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 8-13: Relax, at Your hotel or Explore Zanzibar at your own pace.

- Visit the Spice Plantation,
- Visit Stonetown.
- Indulge in the Dolphin tour of Prison Island or Jozani forest.
- Take a sunset dhow ride.
Day 14: Depart Zanzibar –
You’ll get treated to your last sumptuous breakfast in Zanzibar, and later checkout at 10:00hrs, before departing for Zanzibar airport to connect with your flight back home. If need be, we can arrange a day room can at extra cost.
