FULL ITINERARY – 4 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari Through Kigali, Rwanda.
DAY 01: ARRIVAL INTO KIGALI, RWANDA.
You will be picked up at the Kigali International Airport by a Realm Africa Safaris™ driver-guide, and transferred to the Heaven Boutique Hotel. At the Heaven Hotel, you will be staying newly opened luxury property – The Retreat. You can dine at their onsite Fusion or Heaven Restaurant popular for International cuisine with local Rwandan & African flavors. DAY 02: KIGALI CITY TOUR, TRANSFER TO BWINDI FOREST NATIONAL PARK.
Breakfast; thereafter depart your Hotel at 9:00 am for a city tour – including a visit to the Rwanda Genocide Memorial Site. Thereafter, embark on the drive into Uganda, with a brief stop en route for lunch, and thereafter continuing to your lodge for check-in dinner & overnight.
Journey time: 04-Hours from Kigali.
Accommodation: Mount Gahinga Lodge. | Meal plan: Lunch en-route, & Dinner at the Lodge.
DAY 03: GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI FOREST
Breakfast; thereafter confirm that you have all the basics; a lunch box (to be provided by the Lodge), raincoat, good hiking boots, waterproof pants + long-sleeved shirt, a pair of strong garden gloves, repellent, a waterproof daypack to carry all your valuables.
Your guide will thereafter transfer you to the briefing point and also help you out through the registration process. After the briefing by a Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger, you will embark on your long-awaited Gorilla trekking experience. Return to the lodge and relax.

DAY 04: GOLDEN MONKEY TREKKING, AND TRANSFER BACK TO KIGALI AIRPORT.
Breakfast; and today marks the end of your 04 Day Uganda Gorilla Safari through Kigali, Rwanda. With all your bags your guide will then transfer you to back to Kigali International airport for your onward return flight.
