Day 01: Entebbe to Bwindi forest National Park
Breakfast; thereafter depart your Hotel at 8:00 am and embark on the drive to Bwindi Forest National Park from Entebbe. The journey from Entebbe to Bwindi Forest National Park is approximately 500km and lasts ± 9 hours. Lunch en route, and continue to Bwindi arriving in the evening. Check-in, dinner, and overnight at your lodge.

Day 02: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi forest National Park
Breakfast; thereafter confirm that you have all the basics; a lunch box (to be provided by the Lodge), raincoat, good hiking boots, waterproof pants + long-sleeved shirt, a pair of strong garden gloves, repellent, a waterproof daypack to carry all your valuables.
Your guide will thereafter transfer you to the briefing point and also help you out through the registration process. After the briefing by a Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger, you will embark on your long-awaited Gorilla trekking experience. Return to the lodge and relax.

Things to note about this 3 Days road trip Safari to Bwindi Forest NP
- This trip starts & finishes in Entebbe. Speak to us about the possibility of finishing in Kigali. (Prior flight – ground handling planning is important).
- Unless intending to fly into Uganda and out through Kigali, the ordinary Uganda tourist visa costs $50 should Suffice. If you plan on flying out through Kigali, we recommend getting the East African Tourist Visa – USD100 – Valid 90 Days – admits you to Uganda & Rwanda.
- Kigali is ±5 hours drive from Kigali – a lot shorter than driving back to Entebbe from Bwindi ±9 hours – carefully decide where you want to start. Feel free to speak to us for advice.
