Email us and remember to mention a few Key things; Number of days you intend to Spend in Uganda, Number of people you will be traveling with (if Minors are among, please specify their age), and your Travel budget.
Once we have these, Our team will them design the ideal Uganda safari for you and your family or team keeping In mind your interests and budget among other things.
An itinerary will then be sent back to you for your perusal after which we will wait for you to confirm if the itinerary meets your interest. If not, our tour consultants are still willing to continue working around tailor making the itinerary to meet your exact needs – No worries, we are patient enough to do it over and over again!
Once we finally have you sorted, we will send you bank details on which an initial booking fee of 25% of the total tour Price + Full Gorilla/chimpanzee trekking permit fees (where applicable) should Be sent. On receipt of the money(ies) we will then consider your Uganda Safari as confirmed.

- For all Ugandans living in the Diaspora intending to benefit from the Discounted Uganda Safaris for Ugandan Citizens Abroad must be Holders of a valid Ugandan Passport.
