4 Day Safari to Queen Elizabeth Park staying at Midrange Tabingi Safari Lodge


Day 01: Transfer from Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park 

Breakfast; thereafter depart your Hotel at 7:00 a.m. and embark on the drive to Queen Elizabeth with an en-route stop at the Uganda Equator for photography. Lunch en route – arriving at your Lodge in the late afternoon for Check-in. Time permitting, your guide will then take you on a mini-game Drive through the Kasenyi Plains famed for Lion and Leopard sightings, especially in the evenings. Return to Lodge for Dinner & overnight.

Journey time: 6 – 7 Hours.

Accommodation: Tabingi Safari Lodge  | Meals Included: Lunch, and dinner at the Lodge.


Day 02: Morning Safari drive & afternoon boat safari on the Kazinga Channel.

Breakfast; thereafter your guide will take you on a morning game drive. Return to your lodge for lunch. After lunch, your guide will then transfer you to the Mweya Peninsular for a 2-hour boat ride on the Kazinga Channel where you will encounter Buffaloes, Elephants, Hippos, kobs, and warthogs among others. This ride will also enable you to see an array of birds. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Chimpanzee tracking, and transfer back to Entebbe/ Kampala.

This morning you will embark on chimpanzee tracking In the Kyambura Gorge. While there is about a 50% chance of spotting these chimps, when you find them you will enjoy the sights and sounds of these great “cousins of Man”. The walk through the gorge itself is an unequaled experience. Return to your lodge for lunch and an afternoon siesta.

In the afternoon, you may choose to go in for an afternoon safari in the Park or simply stay and relax at your lodge.

Day 04: Return to Kampala/ Entebbe 

Breakfast; and today marks the end of your 04 Days Holiday at Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda.

You have the option of going on yet another safari drive in the Park or going on a chimpanzee trek in the nearby Kyambura gorge. Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura will cost an EXTRA $60, and permits to do this must be pre-paid and booked in advance.

Thereafter we will transfer you back to Entebbe or Kampala arriving in the late evening

Journey time: Queen Elizabeth NP to Entebbe 6 – 7 hours.

Accommodation: Not included on this Day – but can be arranged at EXTRA cost – if needed.
