Day 01: Arrival into Kigali (Rwanda).
On arrival into Kigali, a representative of Realm Africa Safaris™ will transfer you to The Retreat where you will spend your first night on our 6 Days Trek Gorilla and Relax on the Nile safari.
Journey time: ±20 Minutes from Kigali Airport.
Accommodation: The Retreat. | Meals Included: Lunch, & Dinner at the Lodge.
Day 02: Genocide memorial tour, and transfer to Uganda via Cyanika
Breakfast; thereafter you will checkout Of your hotel with all your Belongings. Your guide will drive you to the Gisozi genocide memorial. The tour typically will last 02-hours after which you will drive to the Cyanika Boarder post for crossing into Uganda. You will proceed to your hotel overlooking the Virunga Volcanoes. Lunch en-route.

±03- hours from Kigali to Cyanika.
±01- hour from Cyanika to your Hotel.

Day 03: Gorilla trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Breakfast; thereafter confirm that you have all the basics; a lunch box (to be provided by the Lodge), raincoat, good hiking boots, waterproof pants + long-sleeved shirt, a pair of strong garden gloves, repellent, a waterproof daypack to carry all your valuables.
Your guide will thereafter transfer you to the briefing point and also help you out through the registration process. After the briefing by a Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger, you will embark on your long-awaited Gorilla trekking experience. Return to the lodge and relax.
Accommodation: Gahinga Lodge. | Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the lodge (BLD).
Day 04: Fly to Entebbe, onward road transfer to Jinja.
Breakfast; thereafter you will drive to Kisoro Airstrip on time for your scheduled internal flight to Entebbe. On arrival in Entebbe, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to Jinja. Lunch en-route.
Journey time(s):
- Bwindi to Kisoro = ±01 hour.
- Entebbe to jinja =±02 hours.
Accommodation: Wildwaters Lodge. | Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
Day 05: Relax or explore the Nile.
Today you can choose to relax at your hotel and gaze at the Nile rapids pass you by on their 6700km long journey into the Mediterranean sea. Alternatively, you can choose to indulge in any of the adventure experiences on the Nile; White water Rafting, Bungee Jumping, Horseback riding and many more others provided by the Lodge ( May cost EXTRA).
Day 06: Transfer back to Entebbe for onward travel to your home country.
Depending on when your departure flight leaves Entebbe, you might depart wild waters Lodge very early or in the afternoon for Entebbe Airport.
