3 Days Flying Uganda Gorilla Safari
Day 01: Fly from Entebbe to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.
A Realm Africa Safaris™ representative will meet you at your hotel in Entebbe, and transfer you to Entebbe International airport on time for your domestic flight to Kisoro (Flight times will be indicated in your personal Itijnerary). On arrival at Kisoro Airport, you will be met and greeted by our company representative who will then transfer you to the luxurious Gahinga Lodge.
Flight time: Entebbe to Kisoro ± 2-hours (Subject to prevailing weather conditions & aircraft routing*)
Drive time(s): Kisoro to your Lodge ± 40 minutes (15km/09mi) scenic drive.
Accommodation: Gahinga Lodge. | Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner (LD).
Day 02: Gorilla trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Breakfast: thereafter with between 01-02 litres of bottled drinking water, a raincoat, a pair of long-sleeved shirt + trousers, good walking shoes, repellent, a camera with extra charged batteries and extra memory chips all packed up in a waterproof day-pack, your driver guide will transfer you to the briefing point. After the briefing, you will embark on the trek through the Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in search for mountain gorillas. Upon finding them, you will be allowed up to 01-hour with them – viewing and photographing them.
Accommodation: Gahinga Lodge. | Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (BLD).
Day 03: Tranfer to Kisoro ontime for your scheduled flight back to Entebbe.
Breakfast; thereafter check out of the lodge with all your belongings and embark on your journey to Kisoro – arriving in time for your scheduled local flight back to Entebbe.
