Day 01: Transfer from Kigali to Nkuringo Region (Bwindi Forest)
Breakfast; thereafter depart your Hotel at 8:00 am and embark on the drive to Bwindi Forest National Park from Entebbe. The journey from Entebbe to Bwindi Forest National Park is approximately 500km and lasts ± 9 hours. Lunch en-route, and continue to Bwindi arriving in the evening. Checkin, dinner, and overnight your lodge.
Journey time:
- ±5hrs from Kigali to Nkuringo.

Day 02: Gorilla trekking in Nkuringo Region (Bwindi)
Breakfast; thereafter confirm that you have all the basics; a lunch box that will be provided by the lodge where you are staying, a face-mask to safeguard you or the gorillas from COVID-19, a raincoat, a pair of good hiking boots, waterproof pants + long-sleeved shirt, a pair of strong garden gloves, repellent, a waterproof daypack to carry all your valuables.
Your guide will thereafter transfer you to the briefing point and also help you out through the registration process. After the briefing by a Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger, you will embark on your long-awaited Gorilla trekking experience. Return to the lodge freshen up and thereafter embark on a 5-hour road transfer back to Kigali.
