DAY 01: TRANSFER FROM ENTEBBE TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
Your driver guide will pick you up from your Hotel in Entebbe (See Recommended Places to stay in Entebbe) and drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Lunch en route. Thereafter proceed to Chimpanzee Forest Guesthouse where you will check in, and relax ahead of a sumptuous dinner.
Drive time(s): Entebbe – Kibale Forest National park = 6 – 7hours
Accommodation: Kibale Forest Camp (Budget). | Chimpanzee Forest Guesthouse (Midrange). | Primate Lodge (Upmarket).
Meal Plan: Lunch en route & Dinner (LD).
DAY 02: CHIMPANZEE TREKKING IN KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK.
Breakfast: thereafter with between 01-02 litres of bottled drinking water, a raincoat, a pair of long-sleeved shirt + trousers, good walking shoes, repellent, a camera with extra charged batteries and extra memory chips all packed up in a waterproof day-pack, your driver guide will transfer you to the Kibale Forest Park Chimpanzee trekking briefing point. After the briefing, you will embark on the trek through the forest in search for chimpanzees. Upon finding them, you will be allowed up to 01-hour with them – viewing and photographing them.
Accommodation: Kibale Forest Camp (Budget). | Chimpanzee Forest Guesthouse (Midrange). | Primate Lodge (Upmarket).
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (BLD).
DAY 03: TRANSFER FROM KIBALE FOREST BACK TO ENTEBBE.
Breakfast; thereafter check out of the lodge with all your belongings and embark on your journey to Entebbe airport for onward flight back home.
Drive time(s): Kibale Forest – Entebbe = 6 – 7 hours drive.
