Uganda Gorilla Permits for East African Residents cost Uganda Shillings (abbreviated as UGX) 250,000 per person payable to Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) directly or through a registered local tour Operator like Realm Africa Safaris™.
East African residents are citizens of the following countries; Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, and South Sudan. Travelers from any of the above-mentioned countries can enjoy the privilege of getting up close & personal with the Mountain gorillas of either Bwindi or Mgahinga National Park. To book an East African Residents Gorilla Permit, you might choose to directly contact UWA or work with a trusted local Tour operator of your choice. The advantage of using a local tour operator to book your Gorilla Permits is that they do all the “donkey” work for you and simply hand you the gorilla permit – obviously for a fee.
