Topi Lodge is a rustic-themed midrange accommodation in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Located only 5 minutes from the south of Ishasha Gate, Topi Lodge is the ideal place to stay while on a safari to the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park.

  • Great Location: The lodge is situated on the edge of the southern Ishasha sector of the greater Queen Elizabeth National Park making it the ideal base for exploring the remote Ishasha plains. Bird lovers could tick off a couple of birds while staying here.

Rooms & amenities at Topi Lodge

Topi Lodge currently offers seven (7) greatly well-sized ensuite cottages with warm showers. Each cottage has a private veranda where you can sit and read a book or enjoy the stunning views of the Park. These cottages can be oriented as single, twin, double or Triple rooms. Among these is a family cottage that sleeps a family of three (father, mother, and 3 kids).

A couple of amazing opportunities include:

  • 4 days Queen Elizabeth Safari – explore Ishasha in search of tree-climbing lions, buffaloes, elephants and more with a morning and afternoon drive around the neighbouring national park. Embark on a boat cruise on the famous Kazinga Channel and spot hippos, elephants and crocodiles. Go chimp trekking in Kalinzu Forest before starting the journey back.

  • 12 days Uganda Safari – really experience Uganda as you search for the Big 5 and gorillas. During this safari, you will have a chance to visit Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park.  After spotting the Big 5, go trekking to find the mountain gorillas and chimpanzees of the forest.
