WHEN – WHERE – HOW TO APPLY FOR A TANZANIA  TOURIST VISA

Tanzania tourist visas may be issued to either grant single Entry – USD50 or Multiple Entry – USD100, but Not exceeding a stay period of single three or six months respectively.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS – HOW TO APPLY FOR A TANZANIA TOURIST VISA

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Tanzania, with at least two adjacent blank passport pages available for a Tanzania Tourist visa stamp to be inserted into your passport. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for a Tanzania tourist visa.After you have ascertained that your passport meets the minimum set by the Tanzanian government requirements,  we can now continue to understand how to apply for a Tanzania tourist Visa.

Other requirements:

  • All Tanzania tourist visa applications may require being backed-up with a copy of your travel itinerary – Ask your tour agent to sent you a copy of your itinerary printed on the companies letterhead.   • It is mandatory that all travellers applying for a Tanzania tourist visa – and or any other visa type – have a fully booked and paid up return air ticket – copies of this too may be required.
  • All Tanzania Tourist Visa applications for Children – minors – dependants 18 years and below ought to have – an accompanying letter – authorization – signed by both parents and or legal guardians indicating that they have authorised their child – minor to apply for the said visa.
