As our overall contribution to the Community Realm Africa Safaris™ offers career development opportunities to students of tourism. Our training and internship programs are designed to be engaging and thus do allow the trainees/interns to interface with the day-to-day affairs related to running or operating a tour & travel business in Uganda.

What to expect

During your tourism training and internships with us, you will be introduced to the etiquette of tourism. We will thoroughly prepare you to be a premium tour consultant who in turn could end up establishing their own agency.

For the period of your training with us, you’ll be provided reliable Wi-fi internet access, training manuals, and resources, and will participate in the day-to-day company operations as a hands-on experience.

Scope of training

We will train and equip you with relevant skills in;

  • Product development & marketing.
  • General Tourism operations.
  • Client Handling & customer care skills.
  • Bookings & reservations systems management.
  • Package & itinerary development.
