Day 01: Arrival into Uganda (Entebbe) or Rwanda (Kigali).
Day 02: Entebbe/Kigali to Bwindi.

Day 04: Transfer back to Entebbe/Kigali
Itinerary (Day by Day) – 4 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari Starting in Kigali or Entebbe.
Day 01: Arrival into Kigali or Entebbe
On arrival at Entebbe / Kigali International Airport, you will meet a uniformed Realm Africa Safaris™ representative to meet, greet and assist transfer you to your Hotel in Kigali.

Day 02: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park ( Rushaga Sector)
Breakfast; thereafter you will transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park. There is two (02) ways of getting to Bwindi Forest NP
- By road: The drive between Entebbe and Bwindi forest National park lasts approximately 9-hours.
- By flight: Its only 1.5-hours to Kisoro airstrip, and 45mins by road from the airstrip to your lodge.
Depending on your budget, you may chose from either road or air transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park.
Alternatively, you may fly into Rwanda’s Kigali International airport, and get picked up by Realm Africa Safaris™ local representative in Kigali. Our representative will transfer you to your hotel from where he will pick you up the next morning for an organised tour of the Gisozi genocide memorial site in Kigali and a 5-hour road transfer to Bwindi Forest NP. Arriving at your lodge in time for check-in dinner and overnight – this is our most recommended option
Flight time: Entebbe to Kisoro Airstrip = 01-hour 30 minutes.

DAY 02: Gorilla Habituation in Bwindi Forest National Park
Breakfast: thereafter with a between 01-02 litres of bottled drinking water, a raincoat, a pair of long-sleeved shirt + trousers, good walking shoes, repellent, a camera with extra charged batteries and extra memory chips all packed up in a waterproof day-pack, your driver-guide will transfer you to the Bwindi Forest briefing point. After the briefing, you will embark on the trek through Bwindi forest in search for wild Mountain Gorillas. Upon finding the Wild Gorilla group undergoing habituation, you will be allowed up to 04-hours with them – viewing and photographing them. Return to the Lodge – relax and unwind to the memories Gorilla Habituation In Bwindi Forest National Park – The Best Place to See Mountain Gorillas in Africa.
