Day 01: Depart Entebbe Mainland for Kalangala Island

We will pick you up from your hotel in Entebbe (out of Entebbe pickups cost extra) and transfer you to Port Alice in Nakiwogo where you will board MV Vanessa or Nathalie and travel to Kalangala Island – a Journey that will last about 1 hour 15 minutes. You’ll get there in time for a sumptuous hot Lunch at Brovad Sands Lodge.

Journey time:

• Road transfer to Port Alice: ±15 – 20minutes drive from your hotel or residence in Entebbe.
• Boat transfer from Port Alice in Nakiwogo to Kalangala; ±1hour

Accommodation: Brovad Sands Lodge | Meals Included: Lunch, & Dinner at the Lodge.

Day 02: Explore Kalangala Island at your own pace

Breakfast; thereafter you will have the entire day to choose from a list of things to see & do on Kalangala Island. The activities will each cost an extra (not included in the tour Price) – pay directly with the hotel Management. Return to the lodge before Sunset.

Accommodation options:

• Brovad Sands Lodge
• Victoria Forest Resort.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the lodge (BLD).

Day 03: Depart Kalangala Island for Entebbe.

Breakfast; and today marks the end of your 03 Day Kalangala Island Weekend Special. With all your belongings, you will board MV Vanessa or Nathalie and take on a 01hour 15minutes journey back to Entebbe.

Journey time(s): ± 1 hour 15minutes

Accommodation: Not included on this Day – but can be arranged at EXTRA cost – if needed. | Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch.

End of Service – 03 Days Kalangala Island Weekend Special

Guided by the number of travelers in your group, we will decide on the appropriate size of the vehicle to use for all relevant transfers. 

What is included in this tour:

• 02 nights’ Accommodation at Brovad Sands Lodge.
• Return boat transfers to Kalangala
• Meals as indicated in the itinerary.
• All transfers within Entebbe. ( Pick up & drop off).

What is not included in this tour:

• Any extras consumed during the tour unless mentioned as included.
• Accommodation on the last day of the tour unless mentioned as included.
• Expenses on personal items of any nature.
• Transfers outside Entebbe will be charged as Extra.
