Best time to film in Murchison Falls National Park

While filming in Murchison Falls National Park can be done all-year-round, the drier season months of June to August and December to February are the best time to go filming in Murchison falls National. Wildlife Filming in this park is very rewarding during the drier season months when the grounds and the grasses are drier up providing a very beautiful vista to both your camera lens and your physical eye. The downside to the dry season, however, is the extreme temperatures in the months of January & February – it can be really uncomfortable to work under such heat, and machines (video cameras etc) might malfunction due to the heat. On the other hand, the wet season months offer amazing scenery.

**January and February can be very hot and the scenery is more beautiful during the Wet season from April to May and  November.
