2. How do I get started? 
Please email us expressing your interest to work with us. Our team will immediately reply with a request of your registration certificate and any other relevant documentation as will be discussed and agreed by the RAS™ team. 

3. Do you pay commission? 
Yes! We pay travel agents at least 10% on the base tour price*. Agents who are Realm Africa Safaris™ Ambassador Agents are eligible to earn even higher commissions.

4. How do I become a Realm Africa Safaris™ Ambassador Agent? 
Once you have booked five guests on tour with us, you are automatically elevated to Realm Africa Safaris™ Ambassador Agents status for your next booking.

5. What do I get as an Ambassador Agent?
A year-end bonus! Think of it as a cash back program. Each time your clients travel with you, we pay you a commission equal to 10% of the base tour price. Then, at the end of the calendar year, we send all Realm Africa Safaris™ Ambassador Agents a bonus commission of an extra 2% on all of your clients who traveled with us in that calendar year.**

6. When do you pay commission? 
We’ll send transfer (by inter-bank wire transfer) your commission to your agency of record the very week your client(s) are traveling with Us. We, therefore, will expect you to provide banking details of account onto which we will transfer the commission.

7. What makes Realm Africa trips unique?
All our trips tailor-made to cater for individual interests and needs. for us, there is no such word like one-size fits all. Whether its Mountain Gorilla trekking that you are interested in or Grade 5 White-water rafting On the Nile, or rather want to summit Mt.Kilimanjaro Africa’s tallest free Standing mountain
you’ll find that our trips offer an unmatched immersion into the history and culture of the regions we explore. With an average of just 04 – 06 guests and a maximum of no more than 10 guests per departure, each of our trip itineraries can be arranged privately for a group of not more than 10 persons – split into two groups of Five (05) persons traveling the same route but in separate jeeps. All of our departures are led by expert local guides.  At the end of the day, we stay select boutique style Hotels & Lodges, and dine in locally-owned restaurants that reflect our commitment to promoting sustainable community tourism.

9. I’ve never heard of you and I’ve been in the business for many years.
That’s ok—you have now! We’re always happy to meet time-tested travel industry colleagues who don’t know us yet – That’s because we are a boutique tour operator.  We were founded in 2009 by our current CEO Joz Marc Obwalatum – a former safari guide with practical knowledge of all the 04 destinations we go to. Our Advertisement budget is still low and therefore most of our tours still come in as word of mouth – its the way we like to keep it.

10. How do I register with you? 
It’s very simple. Click here to complete our short travel agent registration form. Just provide us your name, agency name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and your local Business registration number – we like to deal with registered Travel Agents. That’s it!

11. If my client has already reserved with you, can I be added to their booking?
Yes. We can add you to a booking at any time and send you your clients’ documents so that you can coordinate their Realm Africa trip with other travel plans. However, in order to be the agent of record for the booking and to be paid a commission for it, you must be the one who reserves your clients for their trip with Realm Africa Safaris.
