Best time to Film at Ol Pejeta Conservancy

While Filming at Ol Pejeta Conservancy can be done at any time of the year depending on what scenes you are aiming to capture. However, generally speaking, most people prefer to visit in the dry season months of June to September – considered by many as the best time to visit.

Our Professional opinion: From our point of view, if filming is the main aim for your visit, we might recommend planning to come in the low season months of April, May and November – when there are no crowds. However, this is the wet season too and therefore that roads can be messy and filming session could get interrupted by the rains. Black Rhino Filming at Ol Pejeta
