Itinerary – Day by Day
ITINERARY (DAY BY DAY) – 2 DAY RWANDA GORILLA SAFARI
DAY 01: ARRIVAL INTO KIGALI, AND THEN TRANSFER TO VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK
On arrival at Kigali International airport, you will be met by your driver guide who will then transfer you (in a private vehicle) to Kigali city area for a a guided tour that will leave you amazed at the soaring development and growth int This little city only a few years after the 1994 Genocide. Lunch in the city, and thereafter you Will transfer to Musanze arriving in the late afternoon on-time for check in, dinner & overnight at Muhabura Hotel .
Drive time(s): Kigali – Volcanoes National park = 2-hours drive.
Accommodation: Muhabura Hotel or Similar.
Meal Plan: Lunch en route & Dinner (LD).
DAY 02: GORILLA TREKKING IN VOLCANOES, & AFTERNOON TRANSFER BACK TO KIGALI AIRPORT.
Breakfast: thereafter with between 01-02 litres of bottled drinking water, a raincoat, a pair of long sleeved shirt + trousers, good walking shoes, repellent, a camera with extra charged batteries and extra memory chips all packed up in a waterproof day-pack, your driver guide will transfer you to the Volcanoes Gorillas trekking briefing point. After the briefing, you will embark on the trek through the Volcanoes National Park in search for mountain gorillas. Upon finding them, you will be allowed up to 01-hour with them – viewing and photographing them. Return to the Lodge – to freshen up and enjoy sumptuous lunch at the lodge, and thereafter with all your belongings transfer back to Kigali Airport on time for your out bound flight back home.

Our Vans have an open roof that offers a 360° animal view allowing for photography while on safari.
Our Vans take a maximum of 06 passengers each with the privilege of having a personal window seat.
UPGRADE: 4X4 SAFARI CUSTOMIZED LANDCRUISER
For our upmarket clients that wish to enjoy the extra comfort of traveling in our state of art Toyota land cruiser, we can upgrade you at an extra charge of US$170 per day
Our land cruisers come fully air conditioned and with a cool box fully packed with complimentary en route drinks and snacks. The trucks all have large windows and an open roof that offers a 360° animal view allowing for photography while on safari.
