GORILLA SAFARIS CANCELLATION POLICY


Understanding the basics of our Gorilla Safaris Cancellation Policy when booking a Gorilla Safari with Realm Africa Safaris™ is important whenever you are at the initial stage of selecting which gorilla Tour Operator to book your Gorilla Safari with.

Often clients do cancel their Gorilla Safaris because of varying reasons that may range from the sudden death of a close relative, and or spouse to a sudden outbreak of disease, and or war – Africa is prone to any of these.

Carefully reading, interpreting, and understanding the Gorilla Safaris cancellation Policy of the respective gorilla tour operator you choose to use for your gorilla Safari assists you to know how much money you lose or rather how much you are able to get back as a refund should you fail to go for your tour.

 


GORILLA SAFARIS BOOKING POLICY


Gorilla Safaris with Realm Africa Safaris™ can only be booked after we receive an initial 25% deposit of the total tour cost per person for the tour, plus the FULL payment for gorilla tracking Permits, Gorilla Habituation Permits and or chimp tracking permits for each tour participant were applicable.

 


GORILLA SAFARIS CANCELATION POLICY 


Realm Africa Safaris™ will NOT offer any refunds On Gorilla Permits.


Gorilla Safaris Cancellations received will be subject to the following penalty off the FULL tour cost:

  • 90 – 46 days and above – 25% of the FULL tour cost.
  • 45 – 22 days – 50% of the FULL tour cost.
  • 21- 0 days 100% of the FULL tour cost.

All our Gorilla Safaris Cancellation fees are based on the date your written notification is received at Realm Africa Safaris™ by email.
